I, like all of you, have experienced the frustrations of companies telling you that they will be at an appointment at a certain time and come late without even the courtesy of a call or, worse yet, not even show up at all.  We know that your time is just as valuable to you as our time is to us, so we take great pride in getting to our appointments in a timely fashion.  In the rare occasion that we get backed up for any reason and cannot make our promised time, we will call you and let you know, so you can plan your day accordingly.
