• Your condenser fan motor is stopping in the heat of the day.
• Your return ductwork at the unit or in your attic has come loose and is taking in hot air.
• Your condenser coil could be dirty.
• Your unit could be low on refrigerant.
• Your metering device could be dirty and need of replacement.
• Your evaporator coil could be icing up in the afternoon.
• Your compressor run capacitor is weak.
• Your compressor could be inefficient.
• Your ductwork may not be sized properly.
• Your unit may be undersized.

Our Techs will check all of these possible problems and fix them in a timely fashion. Our Techs do not get paid commissions or get paid for ticket time, they are highly paid by the hour to ensure that you, the Customer, get the quality workmanship you deserve and your unit is fixed properly, without being inconvenienced with repeated problems because the unit was not checked out right in the first place.
